This AIDA 2 Freediver Course is the global standard for entry-level certification, often called the “Open Water of Freediving.”
In just 2 to 2.5 days, you’ll learn the fundamentals of freediving, from breathing and equalization techniques to safety and depth diving, all guided by professional AIDA-certified instructors in the calm, clear waters of the Red Sea.

Itinerary
Day 1

Arrive at Sharm El Sheikh Airport and transfer to Dahab.
Check in, meet your instructor, and attend the safety and course briefing.

Practice static apnea and rescue drills in calm shallow water.
Day 3

Move to open-water dives at Lighthouse Reef.
Learn free immersion and constant weight techniques.
